Acupuncture at Crafted Balance Clinic
Acupuncture is a key treatment modality in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), a holistic healing system with a rich history of over two thousand years. Rooted in ancient Chinese philosophy, culture, and science, TCM uses principles such as Yin and Yang, the Five Elements, and Qi (energy flow) to explain how the body's functions can be balanced for optimal health.
We offer two ways to access acupuncture at Crafted Balance Clinic:
Nicole Brown, R.Ac, our Registered Acupuncturist, offers standalone acupuncture and cosmetic acupuncture treatment.
Dr. Amanda Flynn, ND incorporates acupuncture, including facial rejuvenation acupuncture, as part of her naturopathic care.
What to Expect During Your Acupuncture Treatment
An Acupuncturist is a trained professional who is skilled in various Chinese Medicine modalities, including cupping, gua sha, moxibustion, nutritional therapy, and tuina (Chinese massage). Although acupuncture is typically the focal point of treatment, other modalities may be integrated depending on your unique health concerns.
