At Crafted Balance Clinic, we offer in-person psychotherapy in Toronto as well as virtual therapy sessions, ensuring flexibility to support you wherever you are. Nicole Armstrong, RP, also offers Walk and Talk Therapy when weather/seasons permit.
Nicole Armstrong, RP, MA, B.Ed
Nicole uses a holistic approach to therapy, integrating Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Self-Compassion Practices. She focuses her practice in mood disorders, Fertility/Perinatal support, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder in adults, and parenting mental health. Available for both in-person and virtual sessions, Nicole helps clients create lasting emotional growth and well-being.
Cecilia takes a collaborative, strengths-based approach to therapy, integrating Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), attachment-informed care, and Internal Family Systems (IFS)–informed and mindfulness-based practices. She supports clients in exploring their inner world, building self-awareness, and navigating life transitions with greater resilience, self-compassion, and meaningful change.
Jennifer Truong, RP (Qualifying)
Jennifer supports adults from diverse backgrounds, including immigrant and first- and second-generation communities, who are navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, identity questions, and life transitions. Her approach integrates evidence-based therapies with cultural humility, curiosity, and a holistic understanding of mental health. Jennifer integrates many interventions including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Emotions-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT).
Anita Basu, MSW
Anita offers mindfulness-based psychotherapy and utilizes Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT). Specializing in anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, and relationship challenges, Anita offers virtual therapy sessions to ensure you have access to the support you need from the comfort of your home.
