Chiropractic Care in Toronto

What is Chiropractic Care?

Chiropractic is a hands-on, non-invasive, and drug-free approach that helps people move better, recover faster, and feel their best. As experts in the spine, joints, muscles, and nervous system, chiropractors use safe and effective treatments to reduce pain, restore mobility, and improve overall quality of life.

At Crafted Balance, chiropractic care is about optimizing how your whole body moves and feels. Dr. Avery uses a wide range of techniques—including soft tissue therapy, stretching and fascial release, patient education, corrective exercises, and joint adjustments when appropriate. Every treatment plan is collaborative: together, you and Dr. Avery decide on the treatment plan and specific techniques that best support your comfort, preferences, and goals. Care isn’t limited to the spine—joints throughout the body can benefit, from shoulders and hips to knees, ankles, and beyond.

Your First Visit

If it’s your first time working with Dr. Avery, or it has been at least 6 months since your last chiropractic visit, please book an Initial Assessment to get started. This session begins with a thorough review of your health history, followed by a detailed movement and postural assessment to identify what may be contributing to your symptoms. Together, you’ll create a personalized treatment plan, and your first appointment will finish with hands-on therapy so you can begin the healing process right away.

What Chiropractors Treat

Chiropractors commonly work with people experiencing back or neck pain, headaches, tight hips, sprains and strains in any joint and/or muscle, sport-related injuries, pregnancy-related discomfort, or repetitive stress issues. These are just a few examples, chiropractic care can support a wide variety of conditions affecting the spine, joints, muscles, and nervous system from head to toe.

Each session includes an assessment, hands-on therapy, and corrective movement—tailored to help you move better, feel stronger, and prevent future injury.
