YOUR JOURNEY, Carefully crafteD

No matter your starting point, your journey starts with a comprehensive health assessment. This involves a discussion around your symptoms, your experience, any personal medical diagnoses, your family history, your lifestyle and more. Dr. Fiona may review any lab investigations/blood work you have previously done and may recommend additional testing. Your Crafted Care Plan will be personalized to you and your unique needs and health goals.

THE JOURNEY

1. Initial Assessment: This is a 75 minute appointment where we dive deep into your health and history.

2. First follow-up: May be 30 or 45 minutes, depending on your needs. Typically this is scheduled for 4-5 weeks after the initial assessment. This is where we check-in, troubleshoot and make adjustments.

3. Second follow-up and beyond: 30, 45, or 60 minutes, depending on needs and frequency of follow-ups. Accountability is a big part of our follow-up plan. On-going support, troubleshooting and motivation are keys to success. You and Dr. Fiona will discuss a follow-up schedule that suits your needs and goals.
