This small, therapist-led group offers a safe and supportive space for new moms to share experiences, explore challenges, and build coping tools together.

When: Tuesdays from 12:30 – 1:30 pm (Nov 11 – Dec 16)
Where: Virtual via secure video
Duration: 6 weeks
Cost: $60 per session ($360 total), billed weekly
Group Size: 5 – 10 participants
Facilitator: Nicole Armstrong, RP
Who It’s For: Moms with babies up to 5 months (flexible if close to that age)
Commitment: Participants sign up for the full 6-week series. Weekly billing is used for insurance purposes, but by enrolling, you agree to payment for the entire program.
