My Approach

I combine the best of naturopathic medicine with evidence-informed care, using nutrition, lifestyle counselling, botanical medicine, and targeted supplementation to help restore balance and optimize your health. In addition to general naturopathic care, I offer acupuncture for a wide range of health concerns as well as facial rejuvenation acupuncture, a natural treatment that supports healthy aging while promoting overall wellness.

My goal is for every patient to leave feeling listened to, empowered, and hopeful. Together, we'll build a plan that's tailored to your unique needs and focused on helping you achieve lasting improvements in your health.

When I am not in the clinic, I love to be outside and moving my body – gardening, walking around the city, or biking on the lakefront trails. I also enjoy knitting, trying new recipes in the kitchen, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Initial Naturopathic Consultation (90 minutes) $315 Can include cosmetic acupuncture within this visit.

Cosmetic Acupuncture (60 minutes) $275

Acupuncture (45 minutes) $205 Requires an initial naturopathic consultation beforehand.
