Our mat Pilates classes are designed to support strength, mobility, and postural control through intentional, low-impact exercise. Connect (Beginner)

With plenty of guidance and modifications, this class is perfect for those new to Pilates or anyone looking to reconnect with the fundamentals of movement.
Move (Intermediate)
A dynamic mat Pilates class that blends classical Pilates principles with contemporary movement in a continuous, energizing format. This class focuses on building strength, mobility, coordination, and endurance through flowing sequences that keep you moving throughout. Expect a challenging but accessible workout that leaves you feeling strong, open, and reconnected with your body.
Strength
A full-body mat Pilates workout that blends classical Pilates with contemporary strength training using light weights and resistance bands. Through slow, controlled movement, you’ll build functional strength, improve muscular endurance, and challenge your stability. Expect a balanced workout that strengthens all major muscle groups while promoting better movement patterns.
