A built-in referral network

Our naturopathic doctors, psychotherapists, osteopath, acupuncturist, massage therapist and Pilates instructor refer within the team.

A clear clinical niche

Women's and hormonal health is what we're known for, so the patients who find you are the ones you want to work with.

Front desk and booking support

Online booking through Jane, plus admin support so your time goes into care.

Marketing that brings people in

Practitioner profile, blog, newsletter, social media, classes and events to help you build your caseload.

Flexible scheduling

Choose days that fit your life across our weekday hours, including evenings.

A warm, collaborative culture

Case conversations, shared learning and a team that cares about each other as much as its patients.

How We Work

Our practitioners join us as independent contractors on a percentage-split model. We provide the space, booking system, front desk, marketing and referral network, and you bring your clinical expertise. We'll share full details about the split and schedule during our first conversation.

For established practitioners with an existing caseload, room rental may be possible in specific situations. If that's what you're looking for, mention it in your email.

How to Apply

  1. Email us at hello@craftedbalanceclinic.com with the role in the subject line.
  2. Include your CV and a short note about why this work matters to you and which patient populations you love supporting.
  3. Let us know your availability and whether you're hoping for a contractor role or room rental.
  4. Meet the team. If it feels like a fit, we'll invite you for a conversation and a tour of the clinic.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to bring my own patients?

No. Many of our practitioners build their caseload through referrals from our existing team and our marketing. If you do have patients who would like to follow you, they're very welcome.

Is this an employee position?

Our roles are independent contractor positions on a percentage split. In specific situations, room rental may also be an option for established practitioners.

Can I work part-time?

Yes. We're open to part-time and full-time schedules and will work with you to find days that suit you and our patients.

Can I offer virtual appointments?

Couples counselling can be offered virtually to clients across Ontario. Physiotherapy and chiropractic care are primarily in person at our Dundas West clinic.

Where is the clinic?

We're at 1271 Dundas St. West, Unit 300, Toronto, in the Dundas West and Little Portugal neighbourhood, close to the Dundas streetcar and Ossington Station.

Are new graduates welcome to apply?
